I have become very wary of floral delivery services after a few disappointing experiences with major/popular businesses. This time, I decided to shop locally and I am so happy I went with Kiku Florist & Gifts! I love that they are so local to me, and are very transparent with what you are receiving and purchasing. The bouquet I ordered for a birthday recipient looked as beautiful in the recipient’s photo as it does on the website’s display. Not only that, the Kiku Florist team was communicative and responded quickly to my questions/concerns. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

When the arrangement arrived, it looked exactly like the picture advertised. The colors were/are magnificent, and the variety of flowers complement each other. The fragrance was out of this world. They arrived at the time promised. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely be using Kiku more often
